People are falling through the cracks. Welfare isn't always the right or best answer, but sometimes a new pair of shoes, a car, a certain piece of hardware can be. Maybe a new shirt or even a haircut to make a good impression for a job interview. Sometimes it's just your time that's needed. It can be the start that can make a real difference.
